The set consists of:
1. Fuel distributor (Bosch 0438100012 / Mercedes A 0000740213)

2. Air flow meter (Bosch 0438120026 / Mercedes A0000740314)

3. Throttle valve A 0011401953

4. Pressure regulator (Bosch 0280161007/ Mercedes 0000780592)

5. 8 new injection nozzles (Bosch 0437502047/ Mercedes A 0000785623)

6. 8 injection lines (Mercedes A 1170707632, A 1170707732, A 1170707832, A 1170707932, A 1170708032, A 117070812, A 1170708232, A 1170708332)

7. Lines from the flow divider to the warm-up regulator (A 1170706132) & flow divider to the diaphragm damper (A 1170702832) & to the pressure regulator (A 1170700135)

8 . Intake manifold intake manifold upper part (Mercedes A 1171405701) and intake manifold lower part (Mercedes A 1161407801)

9. Warm-up regulator (Bosch 0438140028 / Mercedes A 0000701562)

10. Additional air slide (Bosch 0280140038 / Mercedes A 0001410825)


The following work was carried out as part of the regeneration:
1. Testing, disassembly & professional cleaning of the flow divider, air flow meter, pressure regulator, intake manifold
2. Replacement of the defective parts with new parts
3. Assembly & adjustment of the individual components according to Bosch manufacturer specifications
4. Final functional test on Bosch test bench
