This offer includes a reconditioned original Bosch K-Jetronic injection system suitable for Mercedes S-Class W126 380 SE SEL, 500 SE SEL, S-Class Coupe C126 380 SEC, 500 SEC, SL R107 500 SL with the engines M 116.962, M 116.963, M117.962, M 117.963

The set consists of:
1. Fuel distributor (Bosch 0438100111 / Mercedes A 0000741313)

2. Air flow meter (Bosch 0438121019 / Mercedes A 1170740114)

3. Throttle valve A 0011406653

4. Cold start valve (Bosch 0280170403 / Mercedes A 1190700246)

5. 8 new injection nozzles (Bosch 0437502047/ Mercedes A 0000785623)

6. 8 injection lines (Mercedes A 1160707232, A 1160705332, A 1160706232, A 1160706332, A 1160705632, A 1160705732, A 1160705832, A 1160705932)

7. Lines flow divider to warm-up regulator (A 1160707432) & flow divider to cold start valve (A 1160706132)

8 . Intake manifold intake manifold upper part (Mercedes A 1161408201) and intake manifold lower part (Mercedes A 1161407901)

9. Warm-up regulator (Bosch 0438140151/ Mercedes A 1160700062)

10. Idle speed control slide (VDO 408-202-004-001/ Mercedes A 0001411325)


The following work was carried out as part of the regeneration:
1. Testing, disassembly & professional cleaning of the flow divider, air flow meter, pressure regulator, intake manifold
2. Replacement of the defective parts with new parts
3. Assembly & adjustment of the individual components according to Bosch manufacturer specifications
4. Final functional test on Bosch Test bench
