This offer includes a reconditioned original Bosch KE injection system suitable for Mercedes G-Class (W463), S-Class (W126), S-Class Coupe (C126), SL (R107) with the engines M116.964, M116.965, M117.964, M117.965, M117.967, M117.968

The set consists of:
1. Fuel distributor (Bosch 0438101018 / Mercedes A 0000742413) with the electro-hydraulic actuator (Mercedes A 0000703962)

2. Air flow meter (Bosch 0438121037 / Mercedes A 1160740214) with new potentiometer and Air guide housing (A 1161400618)

3. Throttle valve A 0011407753

4. Pressure regulator (Bosch 0438161013 / Mercedes 0000781189)

5. 8 new injection nozzles (Bosch 0437502054 / Mercedes A 0000785823)

6. 8 injection lines (Mercedes A 1160708432, A 1160708532, A 1160708632, A 1160708732, A 1160708832, A 1160708932, A 1160709032, A 1160709132)

7. Lines flow divider to cold start valve (A 1160709232) & flow divider to diaphragm damper (A 1170702235) & to pressure regulator (A 1170700135)

8 . Intake manifold intake manifold upper part (Mercedes A 1161400051) and intake manifold lower part (Mercedes A 1161409701)

9. Cold start valve (Bosch 0280170403 / Mercedes A 1190700246)

10. Idle speed control slide (VDO 408202010001 / Mercedes A 0001411625)


The following work was carried out as part of the regeneration:
1. Testing, disassembly & professional cleaning of the flow divider, air flow meter, pressure regulator, intake manifold
2. Replacement of the defective parts with new parts
3. Assembly & adjustment of the individual components according to Bosch manufacturer specifications
4. Final functional test on Bosch Test bench
